Business Hours
What are the hours of business?
The Customer Services Offices are open for business to receive payment from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Customer Service is provided on the telephones from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday through (246) 626-4300. Emergencies can be reported 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at (246) 626-9000. Payments can be dropped off after hours in special boxes provided at both offices 24 hours a day and made at outlets which are open later on evenings and weekends.
Where are the Customer Services offices located?
They are located at Garrison Hill and in the Coles Building at the corner of Probyn Street and Bay Street.
