On January 28, the Fair Trading Commission announced its decision on the Company's rate application and requested that we make several changes to the rates submitted. These were revised and the new schedules submitted on Thursday February 11, as requested. On February 17, the FTC officially announced the approval of these rates, which became effective from March 1, 2010.
