Customer Service Centre Reopens

The Barbados Light & Power Company wishes to inform customers that its Customer Service Center will reopen on Monday, March 22 at 8:00AM to facilitate in-person bill payments for customers 65 years and over, and for service requests by appointment only.

The health and safety of the Light & Power team and all customers is our first priority, and the appointment system will reduce queues, and shorten wait and transaction times.

Customers are reminded that all queries, service requests, claims and concerns should be made through the customer support portal.

Additionally, Customer Care Agents continue to offer assistance by phone at 626-4300 and, as necessary, with appointment bookings.
Paying your bill is seamless and secure at all SurePay locations, including SurePay online, The General Post Office locations, The Barbados Public Workers Co-operative Credit Union and commercial banks. Payments are updated to your account with the date the payment is made. Customers may also drop cheque-only payments into the drop box at the Garrison office.

In recent months, Light & Power has redoubled its efforts to improve systems and service options to make it easier and more convenient for customers to do business with us, while safeguarding the health of employees and the public.

Please stay safe.
